TGCC DEDICATION INFORMATION

Dedications are held every 3rd Sunday of each month during the 8:30 am morning worship service in McDonough and 11:15 am worship service in Macon.
Children must be newborn to six years of age
Must complete the baby dedication form and return the completed form to a TGCC True Care Team member or you may email it to TrueCare@TrueGospelCC.com.
Please be sure to bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate as well as the parent’s identification card(s). The TGCC True Care Team will need to verify both upon submission of the dedication form.
Await verbal and email confirmation of the scheduled baby dedication date.
Once you receive your confirmation, you will be asked to email a photo of your child within 48 hours to the True Care Team at TrueCare@TrueGospelCC.com. Please be sure to reference “Your Child’s Name - Baby Dedication Photo” in the subject line of your email.
Please write legibly on the Baby Dedication form and print your child’s name as you would want it printed on the certificate.
